Oh this has been such a great Halloween so far, and it not even the 31st yet!! Karen had a killer party up in Belleville on Friday night which was lots of fun. Plus I got to see a lot of people who I won't see again before I go. :( :( :( Everyone got really hammered, and the bathrooms were well used that night! We partied it up til about 2:30 or so, then I took off back home and got to Kingston by around 3:30.
Then last night, Pam, Derek, Dave, Simon, his girlfriend and a couple other people I didn't know went out to MyBar for some drinks and pool. I was Marilyn, Pam was little red riding hood, and Dave was the big bad wolf, (with snout made out of cardboard and everything), and Derek was the guy from Clockwork Orange.

So I had my last day of work yesterday. Seems very strange knowing that I won't be going back there before I leave for Aus. Nothing really exciting happened on my last day, but me and Miss.Ashley went out for pizza and martini's after work and got our nails done which was fun.
My room is basically all packed up at this point, and everything I'm taking with me is lying on the guestroom bed ready to be loaded in my backpack. I leave in six days! Ahh! Its quite scary, I'm glad I did Europe already, as I think I would pee myself in the airport if I hadn't gotten that experience.
I got all my shots on Tuesday from the health unit, I got Hep A, Typhoid, and the Flu shot. I was feeling pretty icky the last couple days, but after sleeping from 10:30 last night til 11:30 this morning I'm feeling much better.
Me and mum are going out today to go shopping and take care of a few last minute details before I leave. (Photocopy important papers, go the the bank, blah blah blah...you get the picture.)

Gah! I redid my blog today and its been giving me nothing but grief! I won't go into the boring details of my problems, because I know nobody but me will care, I will just say that it has been frustrating!!
I just want to go to bed now. This is a shitty ass post, but too bad for you. :)

The weekend for me was actually fairly uneventful. I had Saturday, Sunday, Monday off, and didn't really do a whole heck of a lot the whole time. Monday me and mum did our fitness assessment with our trainer. Apparently, since May I've lost about 15 pounds. Not too shabby I didn't think.
Then we all went off about an hour north of town to look at a lot of property in the country that was for sale. It was really out of the way, so we decided it wasn't for us, but it did have a really nice lake that would basically be our own private lake if we had wanted it.
Kevs birthday was today, Kev, Dave, Derek, me and his folks went out to Gustos italian restaurant for dinner, then back to his place to play some video games. Kev was hungover from last night, and was sleepy, so I headed out back home round 9.
Then there was a travel show on all about Australia, so I'm having fun watching that. Going back to my show now.

I think I smell bad. . . Now to explain.
I bought some self tanning stuff and tried it out for the first time tonight. I remembered it from when I was a kid and it A: Smelled like rotting turnips, and B: Made me look like I had a liver condition. Since then I have never had much of a burning desire to inflict that upon myself once again, but I figured the technology must have improved since then, so I gave it another shot. I'm always one of those people who reread directions on products like that before applying just in case. I can do it a million times, but still I always do! Same with hair dye, I'm not actually going to admit how many times I've coloured my hair, but I always read the damn directions even though I could probably work in a salon by now!
Plus I made it so that all you non existent people out there can comment on my bloggings. I don't actually believe anyone other than myself and possibly my sister reads this, so it will come as a great shock if I actually get any postings, but I thought "Hey! Live on the edge!"

Ok, here is my first shot at putting my journal on a word program to be cut, paste and put online at a different time. Mostly because if I were to sit down at an internet cafe and write every journal entry while connected it gets very expensive, and I never ave time to be arsed finding an appropriate net cafe every couple of days to keep up with entries.
Today was shit weather out, but me and mum didn't let that stop us and went shopping all day! I got basically everything else I was needing before heading out, and I figure that whatever I forget here I'll just pick up once I get there and think "Oh crap, it would be really handy to have whatever." Seeing as I'm heading to Australia and not like Laos, they should have whatever I need. Plus hunky checkout clerks. (At least I'm hoping.)
I also got my bathing suit today in the mail. I was very happy to get it before I headed out. I tried finding one around here that fit and looked okay, but it is impossibly to find anything that is small on the bottom and actually has room for like more than an A cup sized boobs! Everything I tried that fit everywhere else was like literally busting apart when it came to the top. Or the other way round, when I got things to fit my boobs the damn thing was hanging off the rest of me like a potato sack! So I turned to very handy online shopping and got myself a very cute one from guess where!? Australia. What a coincidence eh?
Anyways, I work tomorrow so I'm off to bed. Here's hoping this actually works...

Drunken birthday photos!!

My birthday was last week! I turned a whopping 22. I had a really fun time, both on Wednesday when I hung out with my family and ate lots, and then on Saturday with my friends and drank lots. :)
We headed out to Philty McNasties and all my friends showed up! Lets see... we had Mitch, Kev, Brant, Alex, Derek, Dave, Jason, Laura, Brenna, Erica, Emily, Pam, Holly, Justin, and ME the birthday girl. If I've forgotten anyone, let me know. :)
