Geesh! I didn't know this blogging would be so highly demanding from people! Ah well, I shall do my best to not slack off. Although this weekend I've had an excuse from being so horribly hungover that I am now (2 days after the fact) starting to feel like my old self again. Blah! Never mix apple vodka and gin in the same evening, right after the other, in LARGE quantities! *shivers* Thankfully Colen put up with my whining and moaning about my various aches and pains the day after and made me feel much better. :)
Mum dad and me went out test driving new cars which was fun, we tried out the Toyota Celica and the new 2004 Echo hatchback. I liked the sportyness of the celica, although it didn't have the extra kick like the Eagle has. Although me and dad are so fond of the Eagle I doubt we'll be hard pressed to find one that compares. I saw a rav4 at the same car lot, in a deep blue colour that was really cute. And for the low low cost of 29,000 it could be mine!!! I think not, I will just continue to bum of mum and dad til I can afford a nice cheap piece of used crap that will do just fine.
Other than that not a whole lot is happening. I think I will go to bed.

Today was daddy's birthday! :) We had mucho fun. It all started when I sleepily wandered out from my room about 11:45am to find mom having breakfast and dad not surprisingly on the computer.
*Now for the purpose of this story, please keep in mind that mum works at 1pm. Thus having to leave the house no later than 12:35 to get there on time*
Ok, I shall continue. I sat down and started to have my breakfast, when I notice mum start to amble about the kitchen doing a few things. I think nothing of this until she brings out this huge piece of beef and sit it right in front of me. Looking at the clock and seeing its just after 12, I ask her what she's up to. "Making dads beef stew for dinner" she replies cheerfully. Horrified by the complete lack of timing, I decide its in the interest of all to stop my breakfast and help out. So I put myself in charge of veggies and everything else while mum cuts and cooks the beef. Now all this chopping, peeling, cutting, cooking and stuffing it in the slow cooker all happens in the space of about 20 mins! This to any of you who don't cook very much, is a very impressive time to beat!
So then mum heads off to work at 12:35 or so, and I turn around to face a WALL of dirty dishes, frying pans, veggie peelings and anything else you can imagine. Now for length purposes all I will add about the washing was that thankfully dad stayed and talked to me while I cleaned up to make time pass by faster. Thank you daddy! :)
Then the rest of the afternoon passed by fairly uneventfully til Mum got home from work about 5:30 or so. She brought along Nanny and at the sight of her, Mango went completely insane. Crying, whimpering and making the most pitiful of noises. So we get dinner all together and sit down to eat and thankfully everything turn out very tasty indeed. Dad opens up his presents, Nanny got him a book on the White House and a card, I got him a book on George W. Bush called "Bushwhacked" and a card, and mum got him a card as well. Then around 8:30 I took Nanny home that was basically the extent of the day. I took pictures of the said dinner/present openings, once I get them online I'll put up the url to them.
There, that was a decent blog entry yes?

I am annoyed. Annoyed because there was a anti-occupation of Iraq protest today that I did not get to attend! Stupid stupid work! So dad got to tell me all about it. Apparently there was a good turn out of about 400 people to this one, which I was very impressed with! Go Kingstonians go! Well, I must make up for it by trying my best to get bush OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE by all means available to me. And maybe find a few that aren't.
The weather today was shittyX2 First it rained, then it hailed, then it snowed, then after that it decided to rain some more. Then it was just ominous and gloomy for the rest of the day. All in all, not the best start off to official spring weather. Today is the start to three (count em!) three days off for me! Wooo hoooo! Party time has now commenced!
That is all

Last night went out on my date with Kevin, good times, good times. Went to Grizzly and tried to play pool, and after realizing that I couldn't actually play to save my life decided to go do something else. Both of us had had really big lunches, so there went the go have dinner idea. So we ended up going to dairy queen and got ice cream instead. Then hung out for awhile just catching up on what the other person had been up to for the last, oh, four years since we havd last seen each other. Took some pictures, can you put pictures up on this thing? Ah well, I'll look into it, if so, I will.
Today's my day off, so once again, plan on doing not a whole lot. Maybe continue working on my various projects I have half finished. Thats all folks!

Saturday at long last! Although I did work, I do have tomorrow off which will be very nice. I plan on mostly hanging around the house. Maybe working a bit on my sewing, and run a few errrands if I feel inspired. After work today I went around to Fabricland (a local sewing place in town) and got some nice deals of some silky pink fabric and lacey stuff to make a pair of jammy shorts and a tee. That shall be my project once I'm done my nighty I'm currently working on now. After reading Viki's anti-Bush blog I felt in need of doing something to get rid of G.W.B II, so Micket, if you have any good ideas, let me know!

Alrighty! After a complaint or two from someone who will remain nameless, I will now update my blogster. I took the day off work cause I was feeling tired and slightly icky in the morning, which promptly went away once I got comfy and in my PJ's. Dad and me have continued work on my webcam to try and get it to be friendly with linux with mixed results. Dad says things are going well, and considering I have no clue how to do it myself, I'll take his word for it.
Cheryl slept over last night, and we rented movies and ate Thai food and had fun vegging out. We got School of Rock and Under the Tuscan Sun, which although continued to make me want to move to Italy, was a tad more depressing than had originally thought it would be. Ah well, the scenery (and some of the locals) made up for it.

Snow! Snow snow and yet more snow! Having just washed my car yesterday, it then proceeded to snow the entire night and all today! So that shot my nice new shiny car all to hell. I think some great evil devil god gets great pleasure out of seeing me yell at all the slush puddles while driving to work. Thats my rant for today, on to other less exciting things.
Work was horribly boring as usual, and thankfully the day went by rather quickly. Talked to Colen on the phone again last night for something like 3 hours, which is crazy, I don't know how we end up talking for that long everytime we call each other, but somehow manage to time and time again. That was about the only interesting thing.

Well, on Viki's advice I set up my new blog! :) Hopefully I will have somewhat interesting things to put up on here. So far today I washed my car and chatted online for a bit. Me and Viki decided to get sisterly tattoos while we're in Salt Lake City for our cousins wedding. That should be mucho fun!
Anyways thats about it, hopefully tomorrow will have more exciting things to put up on here. Bar bar for now!
