Here's a shot of looking over Montreal at night from Mount Royal, the only mountain around the city, which gave us a beautiful view!

Miow, this portion of our trip is already coming to an end. It went so quick, but Dave got to see lots of the country around where I live, and I got to see my friends and family again. All in all, we got to see Toronto, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the lake wine region, Ottawa (and got to see Cherylie-Dean!), Montreal, Quebec City and had a great time everywhere. I hadn't been to many of these places since I was a kid, so it was nice to go back and see them from a different perspective. Montreal and Quebec in general really surprised me. Everyone was friendly, the city was beautiful, the culture vibrant and it even inspired me to pull out my very horrible public school French for the first time ever. (Including when I was in school! :)

Now Dave is busily planning our two weeks we have in BC before we head back to Perth and *yuk* look for jobs. I've had a great time, Dave and my parents really hit it off, and it was great to see everyone got on so well. When we head back it will be time to start getting everything started for my immigration to Australia, and hopefully my parents will come down and visit us there. It will seem weird going 'home' to Perth, but once I get working and make some friends of my own, I'm sure I'll start to settle in nicely. I just hope my parents decide they can't live without me and move! :D
Enough for now, I'll update once I get back to Perth.

Dave sent that to me ages ago, but it came back up in conversation today. I think every woman should read and really search within them to see if they are doing all that is required to make 'their man' as happy as he can be in todays busy and stressful society.

Dave and I are back in Kingston now. Woowee! But unfortunatly I have to start packing to go back to Perth, so if anyone wants anything (like anything, I have so much crap I can't take with me.) Let me know. Just name whatever and I'll see if I have it, if I do, you can have it. Donations welcome :)
Thanks, this will save me lots of hassle taking perfectly good stuff to the salvo when I would rather give it to people I like! :D
I promise to make a better posting later. :)

Ok, Daves in the shower, so I will add more...

I went to the doctor today for my checkup and asked her about my finger I hurt playing footy, and she said that I most likey broke it! No wonder I was all owie when I did it, I think the boys thought I was just being wimpie, but nuh uh!
What else, Me, Mum, Dad, and Dave are thinking about going to the Boiler Room indoor rock climbing gym tomorrow. I'll take my camera in hopes of getting some funny not so embarrassing photos of us. Ohh and I got my hair cut today too, it looks nice. I just got all the ratty ends cut off, but it still looks heaps better than before.
Ok, I think Daves done in the shower, and this is the best post I've made in ages. It will do for now.

We're coming home!
To be more specific, Dave and I are going for a trip back to Kingston to visit all my family and friends! I'm very excited to see my folks again and my nanna and doggy and all my friends! It should be good fun showing the city off to Dave, and taking him out for some time out on the town! We'll be in town from the fifth of June on, so if you wanna get together, just give me a shout!! But now, bedtime, its late!!! Woo hoo!

Go Grumples Go!
Thats our sand volleyball team name, and on Monday, we entered an A grade competition with Dave,Marty, Brent and I on our team. We were the big underdogs of the tournament seeing that we usually play B grade (one grade below) and we never play in fours. But we gave it our best shot, and what do you know? We end up in the finals! We beat five other teams to get into the finals which nobody was expecting (especially us!) We gave a valiant struggle, but in the end, the team which we played was just more skilled than us, and we placed a very respectable second place. It was only after the game did we find out that the team we were against had been playing together for 5 or 6 years! So I think we did damn good! But 7 hours of sand volleyball will take its toll, and we came home and crashed in bed after some very long showers to get all the sand off! Now that its starting to turn to winter here, all the outdoor sand volleyball places are closing up, so now we're looking to see if there are any indoor ones to keep us busy. Here are a couple pictures from the days activities. Enjoy and Go Grumples Go!

Did everyone have a nice Easter? I hope so. Dave and I went down to Augusta for the long weekend to Antz's parents holiday house. It was lots of fun. We went snorkelling, and Antz caught lobsters for two nights in a row! Fresh lobster is much better than the stuff I'e had before, but I still wouldn't go to the ends of the earth for the stuff. It might be one of those things you have to grow up on to love. Then we went crabbing in the estuary later that day. Antz has a small boat, and the estuary is really flat and shallow, and basically you just cruise along slowly until you see one on the bottom, and scoop it up really quickly with a net thingy. We only caught one, but it ended up being too small to keep! Very bummerific. Even some excitement as Antz ran me over with his boat trailer at the boat dock! This was before we went out on the water, and Dave was getting fuel for the boat, and I was in charge of holding onto our boat so it didn't smack into the boat next to us, and neither Ants nor I was looking where the trailer was, and as he drove off to park the car he ran right over my feet! The guy from the other boat heard my squak and yelled at Antz to stop the car, but by then he'd already run over both my feet! Thankfully the boat had already been removed, so it was just the empty trailer which wasn't very heavy. I just got a couple cuts and a bruise on the top of one foot, so I was pretty lucky. The best bit was when Dave showed up after this had all happened, I was sitting on a rock wall near the dock, and Antz walked over to Dave and said "Err...Sorry mate, I ran over your girlfriend." Dave was like "What the hell did you do to her?!" Dave and Antz took good care of me tho, and all my injuries are healing well. Yay for that. That night Andy and Jo showed up, and we all played a very heated game on Monopoly. Four hours + lots of beer + not having the rules = uglyness!! I do not recommend it to the faint hearted. On the drive home me and Dave got some more wine from our favourite winery Willespie which I'm very excited about!
Hope everyone had a great Easter!!!
